Ingredients
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Olive oil and seasonings (salt, pepper, Italian seasoning)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook rotini in salted boiling water until al dente; during the last 3 minutes, add broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir in pasta and broccoli until well combined.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, warm olive oil; add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in mozzarella until melted.
