Ingredients
- 500 g skinless, boneless salmon fillets
- 15 g fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or chives)
- 1 lemon (zest only)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 medium egg
- 4 tbsp plain flour
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- 300 ml natural yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber (grated)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and combine it with herbs, lemon zest, garlic powder, egg, flour, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until just mixed.
- Stir in defrosted peas and enough milk to achieve a thick batter consistency.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
