  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Optional: chopped green onions
  • Optional: grated carrot
  • Optional: chopped bell pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and salt until frothy. Stir in any optional ingredients.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
  3. Pour one-quarter of the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until edges set.
  4. Roll the cooked omelette from one side to another and push it to one side of the skillet.
  5. Add another quarter of the egg mixture to the empty side of the skillet and fold the rolled omelette over it once set.
  6. Repeat until all egg mixture is used. Remove from heat and cool slightly before slicing.
