- 2/3 cup dry Funfetti cake mix
- Two 3.4 oz packages instant vanilla pudding
- 4 tbsp sprinkles
- 4 1/2 cups milk (divided)
- 2 packages birthday cake Oreos
- 1 2/3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup dry cake mix (for whipped cream)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, Funfetti cake mix, sprinkles, and 4 cups of milk. Whisk until thickened.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream on high speed until thickened. Gradually add dry cake mix and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Dip each Oreo in remaining milk briefly and layer them in a 9×13 inch pan. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the Oreos followed by half of the whipped cream.
- Repeat layers with remaining Oreos, pudding mixture, and whipped cream.
- Chill for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
