- 2 refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Prepare the blueberry filling by cooking blueberries, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened (5-7 minutes). Stir in lemon juice and let cool.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out pie crusts and cut out ghost shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Assemble the pies: Place ghost shapes on the baking sheet, fill with blueberry mixture, and seal with another ghost shape.
- Create faces by cutting out eyes and mouths from the top crust. Brush with an egg wash made from beaten egg and water.
