- 1 cup Irish stout beer

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
